Christmas Lights.

Each year, Athy Town Council and Athy Chamber combine their resources and talents and organise the bedecking of our beautiful town with Christmas lghts. Last year spearheaded by Councillor John Lawler, a prgramme was put in place for the re-invigoration of the Christmas lights.
Michael Holligan, a valued memebr of Athy Chamber, undertook a study of our present lights and our requirements to improve the lights bestowiing our town and this year has seen further improvements, new lights and plans for further lights and re-invigoration next year.
As with all such improvements to our town, certain costs arise and we will be asking all businesses to make a modest contribution to our Christmas lights fund. Athy Chamber acts for all busineses and asks for your continued support.
