Draft Development Contribution Scheme
A Draft Development Contribution Scheme 2011-2013 for Kildare (including the adminstrative area of Athy Town Council) has been prepared and is on public display from 1st November. Locally, the scheme can be viewed at the offices of Athy Town Council, Athy Library and on the Town Council's website www.athytowncouncil.ie The updated draft scheme has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Planning & Development Acts.
Observations and submissions on the scheme may be made by Friday 10th December 2010 in writing to:
